Happy Birthday to me!!!

Had our advanced christmas dinner with Winnie, Ray and Cindy last Saturday. We had a blast. Went to the gaucho grill and had the most amazing dinner with the best service I've ever had in a restaurant for a long time (probably because I haven't really been going out that much). I loved my presents (is that too childish?) from Winnie and Ray. I got a year's subscription to Vanity Fair and Molecular Gastronomy by Herve This. HOray!!! By the end of the evening Winnie and I were a bit inebriated from all the wine topped off with brandy ice cream (or was it whiskey? I forget...slarp)
